grady a.lisk jr. sebring, Florida | the flying tigers museum has closed its doors ,due to hurricane damage in 2004. warbird adventures is still in the area along with the white one fw190 restoration shop, and stallion 51 is still growing strong right down the tarmac.tom and suzie reilly have relocated to douglas ga. to work on another b-17 project,i was there last weekend ,not the same warbird adventures was operating their t-6s and there was a tracker, starfighter, and mig-21 left over from the old museum, that might be kept for a future fighter museum in the same location ,rumor has it. the hangar that house the museum is being re done by the new owner. 10/07/2006 @ 12:41 [ref: 5319] |

Peter Finch Southend, Essex, | An excellent experience. I visited about 4 years ago. The restoration hanger tour is well worth the time, and the guide was very knowlagable and involved all the party. A great chance to get up close to these fantastic aircraft. B-17 \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\"Outhouse Mouse\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" and the FW 190 were real high lights.
Keep up the good work. I\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'ll be back soon. 07/06/2004 @ 04:15 [ref: 3258] |

Was alot of fun and a memorable experience. 02/11/2002 @ 05:23 [ref: 1860] |
