I am from New Zealand. New Zealand was not an option in list of countries, so chose the closest which was Australia. I have a height altimeter. The outside is wooden The face is actually hand written. ie. INS or HG Height - thousands of feet number 0 to 25. It looks extremely old. Unfortunately I cant upload a picture of this here, but I am looking to sell it. If I could have email addresses I can upload the photograph.

I have a German Folkwolf 190 ( FW 190 ) instrument panel in mint condition, that my Father brought home from WW ll. Is there anyone restoring one of these airplanes? If so, would you be interested in purchasing my panel?

We visited the Museum in Harlingen, Texas many times while I was stationed in Brownsville in the early 70's. Somewhere I probably still have slides I took of the planes and exhibits. The facility was very well kept and the large amount of planes and other artifacts from WWII(guns, photos, uniforms, etc.)were displayed with informational plaques etc. It was a great place to bring out of town guests and family as it was a one of a kind facility at that time.

My DadFrancisco R. Tamayo worked for the museum for several years. He worked sheetmetal and took pride in repairing old war planes. He was able to actually make parts of a wing to replace one that no longer exsisted. My Dad passed away a little more than a year after his retirment. Its been 6 years now and I bet he is still repairing wings.
