Bill Coons Lombard, IL>, IL | Hi.
During WW2 I was stationed at the Santa Ana Naval Air station in A radio controlled target aircraft squadron VU-7A.
I am researching a book on the subject. I need to know the color scheme and aircraft markings on the Navy JRB-1. The beechcraft with the large greenhouse for increased visibility for the drone controller pilot that was the mother plane at the time. I was in the squadron for 2 years but cannot remember the markings. If anyone has informayion, I would greatly appreciate any help.
Thanks,
