I have an original BOEING B-29 horn button that was given to me from a friend of the family that retired from
BOEING. I'm curious as to its rarity and value.

It was the first XB-29 that I saw at the Open House or Armed Forces Day at McClellan Field in 1947. It was accessible to all us kids and I swarmed all over it to find something marked "XB-29" to no available. The name plate was gone as were the "horn buttons" on the control wheel. Even the compass card were gone. I was very disappointed. I believe it was scrapped there that year.
