The Firchild Peacemaker (Credible Chase when weapons and gun are installed) is an all metal, single engine, strut-braced high wing monoplane with a semi-monocoque fuselage of rectangular cross section. It has a rectangular wing of constant profile over its entire span, a vertical fin and a horizontal stabilizer, and a non-retractable three point landing gear. The mission of the aircraft is to provide a multi-purpose, light utility short takeoff and landing (STOL) fixed wing aircraft. The basic crew for operational missions will consist of two or three crew members. The minimum required crew is one pilot.

The overall dimensions of the aircraft are as follows:
Wing Span - 49.83 feet
Tail horizontal span - 16.8 feet
Length (overall) - 37.75 feet
Height (vertical stabilizer, three-point attitude) - 10.5 feet

Maximumtakeoff and landing gross weight of the aircraft is 6100 pounds.
