Known Marine Corps airframe, 160627. 627 was the first American Combat Airframe allowed to fly over the former Soviet Union, when the Navy Blue Angels toured that country in the early 1990's.

627 was later the prototype airframe for NVG/Infrared retrofit for R model airframes.
