Definitly a C-99. The double row of windows and the air intakes with reverse side props is a dead give away.

The aircraft shown in the photograph as the C-100 is actually the Convair XC-99 derived from the B-36. Only one was built and it is now at the National Air Force Museum at Dayton, OH.
