Back in 1953 went to tech school at Sheppard AFB Texas and worked on the YC-125s , at the time I thought that it was a great aircraft, cant agree with the people that say it was under powered ,three engines pulling 1200 HP each looked good to me. At the time Jack Northrop and the Air Force was not the best of friends the Air Force and the Gov. all but destroyed Northrop Aircraft.

Sadly, wasnt one of Jack Northrop's better designs.

The bent wing design coupled with the landing/flying struts supporting the engines and wings along with the
fuselage side strut tie-ins.....yikes!
