Dell Peck Del Rey, CA | What the hell would a pilot know, dipshit? I was an electrician on these things for 8 years and I'll be the first to tel you that aside from how to land this thing on the three-wire of the boat time after time, they don't know shit about the workings of the aircraft itself.

Aaron , NC | I was wondering if the F-14 has explosive bolts for its canopy plexiglass. I read something that said it did, but I wasn't sure. Does anyone know? My e-mail address is Maverick25118@yahoo.com. I have looked all over for this info, I would appreciate it if someone who actually knows what he is talking about could help me out (preferably a Tomcat pilot). Thanks! 11/16/2002 @ 19:56 [ref: 6089] |
Christian Blachford Farmington Hills, MI | This is sort of stupid, the F-14A+ is the F-14B! The F-14 with F100 powerplants, was called the F-14A+ prior to 1991, then it was changed to the F-14B 01/30/2001 @ 19:11 [ref: 1503] |
