Indiana Jones Indiana, Indiana | 23 Mayıs 2008'de Türkiye sinemalarına iki yeni film gösterime giriyor. İlk filmimiz başrollerinde Scarlett Johansson, Eric Bana ve Natalie Portman oynadığı, Justin Chadwick yönettiği The Other Boleyn Girl / Boleyn Kızı. Diğer filmimiz kült haline gelmiş Indiana Jones serisinin son halkası, devam filmi olan Indiana Jones And The Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull /Indiana Jones ve Kristal Kafatası Krallığı . İlk iki filminde yönetmeni olan, Steven Spielberg gene iş başında -zaten başka birini düşünemiyorum- Harrison Ford'u zaten Star Wars'da Han Solo ile çok sevmiş, Indiana Jones karakteriylede başımızın tacı yapmıştık. Serinin ilki filmi Raiders of the Lost Ark ile 1981 yıllında oldukça büyük başarı yakalayıp 5 Oskar ödülü kazanan ve ardıdan 1984 yılında Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom ile iki dalda Oskar'a aday gösterilip En İyi Görsel Efekt dalında oskarı kazandı. Indiana Jones And The Kingdom Of The Crystal Skull /Indiana Jones ve Kristal Kafatası Krallığı içinde Oskar aday gösterileceğine ve en az bir dalda ödül kazanacağın dedikodular arasında... 05/14/2008 @ 12:52 [ref: 7684] |

Ken Neubeck Patchogue, New York | This museum has been growing over tha past five years with recent aircraft being obtained such as the F-105D and the F-14. They have some very interesting exhibits and some special events during the year where one can be a passenger on some vintage military aircraft. The staff has been very helpful to me during my F-105 book project for Squadron/Signal a few years ago. 04/20/2007 @ 10:13 [ref: 5845] |
Roger Frank Placentia, California | What made the visit great was the tour given by Chip. He knew his history and had some personal experience to add to the tour. The facility could use some refurbishing, we have been to Dayton and to Seattle (Boeing Field) and this was below average in maintenance. Thank goodness for Chip though, he made it come alive. 10/13/2006 @ 07:53 [ref: 5335] |
Tom F , New York | Went there toaday with my wife and 2 girls and got a guided tour/history lesson from a B17 ball turret gunner, I'm a history buff and I learned stuff from this guy. Static displays were great, well laid out, aircraft in great condition, and the staff are more than freindly. Definitely worth the visit and I will definitely pay them another one. 02/17/2006 @ 18:28 [ref: 4810] |
Gary Lewi , New York | Efforts to acquire a B-17 went south two years ago when the price went north of $2.5 million and the museum's web site reflects the fact that it doesn't have a Fort although two visit every year. Airpower has acquired a PBY and intends to provide flight experiences similar to its D-Day C-47 program where visitors are invited to join living historians by donning Airborne gear, get an authentic briefing and then go a flight with fighter escort. The PBY flight will have visitors search Long Island's south shore for a barge outfitted as a U-Boat. Don't know which Mustang another writer was complaining about because the one on a pole is in Tuskegee markings and was dedicated by the pilot who flew one - calling it "damn authentic." An operational Mustang regularly visits during the the flight season and its finish would blind you. 02/12/2006 @ 16:14 [ref: 4798] |
