After the Black Friday, http://www.cheapfoampositestore.com following is the cyber Monday. Term "Cyber Monday" (Cyber Monday) five years ago < began to rise the means described through the Thanksgiving holiday people back to work, will be trying to buy gifts during the holiday season to give back to his family and in the networkfriends. So, after Thanksgiving Monday is the most frenzied period of major online retailers competing for customers, and also led to a round of shopping crazy.

One can begin to appreciate the enormous contribution Long Island made to aviation by visiting this museum. It is staffed by a number of ex-Grummies (former Grumman employees) and Fairchild Republic volunteers who spent their entire lives in aviation. There is also no other place in the world where you can see an actual Lunar Module, and the development model that was used to develop it. All done on Long Island by Grumman Aerospace. If you liked the movie Apollo 13, you love this exhibit. Some of the other classics include vintage WWI and WWII aircraft as well as an actual flying copy of Charles Lindbergh's "Spirit of St. Louis" that was built specifically for the Hollywood movie about his life that stared Jimmy Stewart as "Lucky Lindy" (the original aircraft is in the Smithsonian). Lucky Lindy took off from Roosevelt Field on Long Island which is now a huge shopping mall. Other include an actual US Navy F-14A Tomcat, US Navy A-6F Intruder, a US Air Force A-10 Thunderbolt (aka the Warthog) and an US Navy E-2C Hawkeye (that is still in restoration mode). Do yourself a favor, go see and talk with these irreplaceable veterans of the aircraft industry who lived it all. Thy are not getting any younger so do it before time takes them to that great aircraft factory in the sky -- you'll never regret it!

This a world-class museum that continues to add aircraft and displays. The curator and his staff have been very helpful to me by access to aircraft and archival material for my book projects on the A-10, F-105, E-2, OV-1 and F-84F aircraft. They have many of the different types of aircraft made on Long Island by Grumman, Fairchild Republic and Gyrodyne.

Excellent presentation of Long Island's important contributions to aviation. Some very nice airplanes and artifacts, well displayed. The volunteers on duty are always willing to discuss and exhibit and the ones I ran into knew what they were talking about.
