Convair C-131B 'Samaritan'
|
Sandy Alexander , NH | The caption for the aircraft on the wet ramp states
"with air samplers". The pods mounted on the underside
of the fuselage are APUs. One provided dedicated AC
power and the other DC to whatever electrical requirements
were needed by the equipment loaded for the particular
mission. 05/02/2008 @ 03:51 [ref: 20775] |

luis Saavedra La Paz - Bolivia, OTH | Dear Mr or Mrs.
I want to know about the c-131B aircraft. And where can I get a Operation Manual.
Thanks. 07/03/2007 @ 18:16 [ref: 17007] |
David Hatcher Dothan, AL | The C131B on the rainy ramp displays the symbol/shield (behind pilots window)of the Aeronautical Systems Division (ASD), likely out of Wright Patterson AFB. Although most of the ASD also had painted orange panels/stripes on them they are not on this aircraft. A old picture. 02/27/2007 @ 10:09 [ref: 15690] |
