I do like the setup, but one of the F4's was in the parking lot. I did not know were the Skytrain or the Navigator was. I am planning to back when the weather is warmer, next year.

The Fargo Air Museum currently hosts one of the only flyable Japanese Zero's in the world, the only flyable Super Corsair, a Corsair, TBM and a few P 51 Mustangs. The aircraft are in mint condition and quite a site to see. The exhibits are always changing and feature various segments on WWII, Vietnam, Amelia Earhardt, the North Dakota Air National Guard, aerospace missions and other. The Century of Aviation on the wall is a beautiful expose of aviation history.

My visit to the fargo air museum was great... both times!! It is wonderful to see so many warbirds in one place. A real treat!

The Fargo Air Museum is it's own separate enity from the guard base here in fargo. The base has it's own aircraft on the base., While less than a block away privatly onwed and doanated aircraft are stored in the museum. They are all airworthy. The bases aircraft have not been flown sence being retired from active military service.

I notice there is no American Flag flying on a prominent flagpole at the Air Museum. Seems odd! We just installed a 40' flagpole with internal halyard and cam clete for under $1500. Is a flagpole in the mix for the future?

I ENJOYED SEEING YOUR DISPLAY OF AIRCRAFT. IT WAS A BAD TIME TO COME....YOU HAD AN AIR SHOW THAT WEEK, JUNE 8, 2002. I WAS ALSO GLAD TO SEE THAT THE OLD TERMINAL WAS STILL THERE...I HATE TO SEE HISTORY DESTOYED. YOU HAVE A CITY THATS ON THE MOVE ALSO. I HOPE TO FLY BACK TO YOUR AREA AND SPEND MORE TIME AT THE AIRPORT.
